Goal

Formalizing the Mental Health Fund Program

Topicals sought to formalize and scale their Mental Health Fund program, ensuring seamless donation processing and distribution to supported nonprofits. The brand’s existing setup lacked the infrastructure to manage donations efficiently. With a lean team and limited technical bandwidth, they needed a solution that could be implemented quickly while offering customization to match their unique brand identity. Additionally, they wanted a platform that could enhance customer engagement by making the donation process intuitive and impactful.

Streamlining Donation Management with Change

Topicals partnered with Change to address the challenges of managing their Mental Health Fund program.
