When do I receive my referral reward?

Referral rewards are issued once your referred customer has completed three full months on a paid Change contract. This ensures the referral represents an active, ongoing partnership rather than a short-term signup.

How long does it take to receive the gift card?

After the three-month milestone is reached, your gift card will be delivered within approximately two weeks. This allows time for internal processing and confirmation that all eligibility requirements have been met.

What kind of reward will I receive?

Rewards are provided as digital Visa gift cards, which can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. You’ll receive the gift card via email with instructions on how to access and use it.

How much is the gift card worth?

The value of your gift card is equal to one month of the referred customer’s contract terms. This means higher-value customers result in higher-value rewards, directly aligning incentives with the impact of your referral.

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

There is no limit to the number of companies you can refer. You will receive a reward for each successful referral, making this an ongoing opportunity to earn as you introduce more companies to Change.
